N eed For Clothes

Clothes protect us from adverse weather conditions like
storm, heat, cold, rain, dust, etc., and also from animal and

insect bites. Clothes also give us a smart appearance.

In ancient time, humans used to cover their bodies with
leaves or skin of dead animals. But as the time passed, they

learnt how to weave and stitch clothes. Now,
clothes for different places and activities
are available in the market. For example,

clothes for playing, party, school, home
sleeping, etc.

1. In summers, we wear clothes made of cotton. They absorb sweat. Light
coloured and white clothes are best suited for hot weather because they

reflect heat and keep the body cool.

2. In winters, we wear woollen clothes to keep our body warm. It protects us
from cold.

3. In rainy days, we wear raincoat, made of waterproof material. It protects
us from rain. Raincoats are wrinkle-free and also dry up easily.
