        Rajasthan,  Gujarat,  Odisha,  Northern  Karnataka,  Andhra  Pradesh  and  Eastern  and
        Southern Maharashtra are the most drought prone areas of India.

        Karnataka faced severe drought in 2012.

             •  Earthquake            :   Violent shaking of the earth is surface.
             •  Volcano               :  A break in the crust of earth which allows hot lava, volcanic ash
                                         and gases from below the surface to come out.
             •  Tide                  :  The rise and fall of the waves of sea levels.
             •  Tsunami               :  Huge, heavy waves from water bodies due to earthquakes, volcanic
                                         eruptions, etc.
             •  Drought               :  Severe shortage of water supply.
             •  Flood                 :  When an area gets submerged under water.
